What ingredients do you use?

We use simple, natural ingredients like olive oil, beef tallow, and botanical additives — no synthetic fragrances, sulfates, or harsh chemicals. Every ingredient is chosen for its skin-nourishing properties.

Are your soaps free of artificial fragrances and dyes?

Yes. We never use artificial fragrances or dyes. Any scent or color in our soaps comes from natural essential oils and botanicals.

Where do you source your beef tallow?

Our tallow is sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle. It's rendered and purified to create a rich, skin-compatible base that has been used in traditional skincare for centuries.

Sensitive Skin & Skin Concerns

Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?

Yes — our soaps are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients that are generally well-tolerated by sensitive skin. However, every person's skin is different. We recommend patch testing a new soap on a small area before full use.

Can I use your soaps if I have eczema or allergies?

Many of our customers with eczema-prone or allergy-sensitive skin find relief with our natural soaps. That said, we always recommend reviewing the full ingredient list for each product and consulting your dermatologist if you have specific concerns.

How long does a bar of soap last?

With proper care, a bar typically lasts 4–6 weeks. To extend the life of your soap, keep it on a well-draining soap dish and away from direct water spray between uses. Letting it dry out between washes helps it last much longer.

How do I use your soaps?

Simply lather the bar between your hands or on a washcloth with warm water, apply to skin, and rinse. For best results, store your bar in a dry place between uses.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives within 5–7 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Kreiner Natural Soaps experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right.

Can I return an opened bar of soap?

Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used soap bars. If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out and we'll resolve it right away.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Just email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll get back to you promptly and walk you through the next steps.
