Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Kreiner Natural Soaps products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

There are no restocking fees for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used soap and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at christine@kreinernaturalsoaps.online with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
